The Plantation Mangaro milk 50% cocoa chocolate bar reveals notes of caramel, exotic fruits, gingerbread and honey, in a final extension of grapes of Smyrna. In Africa, in the north-west of the island of Madagascar, the Mangaro Plantation flourishes in the rich valley of the Sambirano River. Cocoa derives, in part, its aromatic peculiarities from a tropical climate tempered by the maritime influences of the Indian Ocean. The name of the Mangaro Plantation evokes the vast forest of mango trees that occupied the place before cocoa trees were planted there.
