Spaghetti Matt (Organic Durum Wheat Semolina) / 500g. / Felicetti

This is a strong and rich variety of durum wheat grown in Puglia, a Southern Italian region. Monograno Felicetti pasta makers turn this precious grain into a premium pasta. During cooking, it releases scents of hay, dried coconut, and a hint of freshly cooked pasta. Its flavour is reminiscent of stone cooked bread, butter and bamboo shoots.
