The Plantation Mangaro Dark 65% cocoa chocolate bar has a unique aromatic profile, a marriage of exotic fruits, gingerbread and tangy citrus notes. In Africa, in the north-west of the island of Madagascar, the Mangaro Plantation flourishes in the rich valley of the Sambirano River. Cocoa derives, in part, its aromatic peculiarities from a tropical climate tempered by the maritime influences of the Indian Ocean. The name of the Mangaro Plantation evokes the vast forest of mango trees that occupied the place before cocoa trees were planted there.
